Now the German handball national team arrived in the longwall mining area 108.
This longwall mining area is situated in the Sonnenschein seam, where coking
coal is extracted, in a depth of about 1200 metres under the city of Hamm
(Germany). This photo shows some players of the national team and the trainer
Heiner Brand (on the right) and Peter Schrimpf of the board of management of the
RAG Deutsche Steinkohle on the left.
