Here we can see a close-up photo of the tower
at shaft 2, that was used for the transportation of miners and material. In earlier
days the tower only had two pairs of wheels, later on it was enlarged to today's
state. This can be seen fairly easily because in the middle of the bottom bar at
this tower a line is clearly visible showing the place where the shaft tower's old part an the
new part were put together.
