A French mining museum at Wendel colliery !

On the area of the former Wendel colliery in Petite Rosselle (Kleinrosseln) there is an interesting mining museum. Among others some roadways and even a longwall mining area have been built at the surface. The photos on this page show the different measures that had to be taken in order to build up that museum, its roadways, the mining area etc..
