This photo shows you the pit bank's second
level. This level is built in order to make it possible that two levels of the
pit cage can be entered and/or left at the same time (on the ground level and on
the second level). The cages have usually four levels, so that their position
only has to be changed once during that process. That helps to save time and
reduces costs.
