This is Lerche shaft's recently built pit bank.
You can see clearly the lead wires that are necessary to control the automatic
doors. Through the door on the right the smaller pit cage used for transportation
of
the miners can be entered. On the left side a larger pit cage can be entered.
This cage can be used for bringing underground large materials etc.. Generally
the pit cages move with eight metres per second in this shaft.
