Lohberg colliery in earlier times !

The photos on these pages show you different views of the Lohberg colliery in Dinslaken (Germany). Some of them have been taken a long time ago at the beginning of the 19th century, others are some years younger. The pictures are not presented in a certain sequence so that you should take a look at all of the three pages ;-). In my eyes it is worth looking at all of the photos because they reflect the ordinary everyday life at a colliery in earlier times very well.
