This photo and the next two ones can show you
the way a hoisting rope is positionned so that it can fulfill it's future task.
Here you can see the rope being torn around one of the shaft tower's wheels. I
pitily cannot tell you the number of the shaft the photo was taken at. Anyway,
it is clearly visible that at first a thin rope is positionned correctly around
the wheel and that after this the rope is used to pull the heavy hoisting rope
into it's correct position.
