After the coolant comes back from underground
with approx. 14 degrees Celsius it has to be re-cooled down to the required two
degrees Celsius - and that happens in this water cooling system. Because of the
fact that the three pumps have a capacity of 500 cubic metres of water per hour and pump,
you can imagine that there is a lot of waste heat.
The waste heat is reduced in the water cooling
system shown in this picture.
